Offerings

Foundational vinyasa yoga classes, events, & private sessions.

I want my students to experience:

  • release - both physical & emotional,

  • connection to something deeper, &

  • self-discovery.

In my classes I want to pass on a felt sense of intentionality, cultivating self-discovery, & finding softness & space in both mind & body.

You can expect:

  • a grounded flow where we’ll work up a sweat - with inclusive modifications to fit your body & soul’s needs

  • emphasis on steady breath & intentional focus,

  • we’ll flow through movement, but hold most postures for at least 5 breaths to give you an opportunity to feel & breath into sensations.

  • to cultivate connection to your inner wisdom.

These offerings are for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Yoga is not about flexibility, & any stiffness in the body is an invitation to practice mindful movement & softening. People with hyper-mobility will also benefit from a yoga practice that emphasizes engaging specific, subtle muscle groups as you breath into different body shapes.
